Returns

Items must be returned within 14 working days after delivery to be eligible for return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items on Sample Sale / One-off limited edition design pieces
Bespoke sized items.
(This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, or in the case of vintage items in the same condition you received it, with the original swing tags still attached. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied.
We cannot offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.

 

How to Return

Please complete the enclosed returns form, and send with your item to:
Tallulah’s Threads, 188 Goring Way, Goring-by-sea, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 5BS.
Please enclose your name and order number inside the returns package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

 

Exchanges

We can only exchange items of the same price. If you need to exchange for a different item, you will need to pay the difference.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Tallulah’s Threads, 188 Goring Way, Goring-by-sea, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 5BS.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
