Style Crush – Foxxtailz
Posted on by Mike Page
Our Latest Style Crush is the uber cool Jess from I AM FOXXTAILZ.
On Saturday we shot our AW15 Lookbook and after putting an ad out on social media for a model, Jess traveled all the way from Yorkshire to spend the day with us. We were so pleased as firstly, how sweet is that? and secondly we loooooove her Style! Its the perfect mix of alternative meets Kawaii which suits our clothing as if they were designed with Jess in mind.
We teamed Jess up with the two usual beauties that model for us, Becky and Mallory, and had such fun wandering around the Brighton lanes trying to act serious while messing around with cuddly toys. Their individual styles compliment each other as they are so different but this is usual in friendship groups which makes the images look so natural.
Our Lookbook will be out in the next couple of days but in the meantime here’s a few images from Jess’s latest blog post featuring our Sugar Skull Dress which is one of the pieces that she took away with her after her day in Brighton. She has teamed the dress up with an awesome blanket cardigan from Primark and studded boots to give an all round comfy edge to her outfit to compliment the bold colours on the dress. Jess shows that this dress can be worn all season long not just for Halloween when styled correctly. If you have a love for Day of the Dead/Sugar Skulls then this dress is for you.
We would love to know what you think of Jess’s outfit and how you would style our pieces!
Style Crush – A Fashion Nerd

We’re a Fashion Nerd, are you?
This weeks style crush is the uber stylish Amy from A Fashion Nerd. Amy has recently used our Layered Summer Dress for an OOTD post in which she styles it effortlessly with heeled black ankle boots and wide brimmed hat in the LA sun.
The outfit has a cooler than cool vibe and could be dressed up with Leather or down with Denim.
Here at Tallulah’s Threads we LOVE Amy’s style, she is constantly creating posts with incredible photography of her outfit that day which is always so well thought out and perfectly accessorized with key pieces such as large hats and unusual sunnies. If you follow just one person on Instagram this week it most definitely should be Amy (@afashionnerd). She has also created her own app called FashionTap (how amazing is that!) which is an essential app for any one with firstly an interest in Fashion and secondly for anyone who is fed up of seeing awesome pieces featured by our fave bloggers and not having a direct link to immediately by it! We all love a good impulse purchase now and then. Were on it so come check it out and make sure to give us a follow.
Our layered dresses are currently in our end of season sale with several different prints between £30.40 and £32.00.

Style Crush – Amelia

Amelia from Heart Shaped Rose is our Style Crush this week.
The resounding theme lately is a Hawaiian one, and even though the Sun is pretty unpredictable in the UK, our Hawaiian Island print can brighten up any dismal day!
It’s a pastel blue fabric with a deep pink and green Island print to die for. The fabric is Viscose so it drapes and moves easily and is comfortable and light to wear for the Summer. And perfect for chilling on a Tropical beach somewhere glorious. We think you can style it with either Denim and sandals for a relaxed/casual look, or Leather and chunky boots for an evening out.
We LOVE how Amelia has styled our two piece, with contrasting black net stockings and super chunky sandals. It gives it an alternative edge in order to bring the outfit away from being too girly and polished. The heart shaped sunnies just set it off!
We would love to hear what you think?
Also you can send us images of you wearing our clothing to be featured as our next Style Crush!

Rockabilly Style Crush – Honey Pop

This weeks Rockabilly Style crush is the pastel haired sweetie that is Honey Pop!
We have been crushing on Honey Pop for a while now and dig her cute meets edgy style. Its the kind you can spend forever trying to emulate but never hitting the nail on the head so to speak, it just seems to come naturally. I mean check out her perfect hair! Her latest blog post features our Hawaiian Island Co-ord Set which she styles beautifully in a Hawaiian Pin-up vibe. We LOVE Honey Pop’s style and our Co-ord looks great teamed with Leather giving the outfit some edge.
This Rockabilly Style Co-ord set is also available in a sleeveless version which is perfect for channeling that retro vibe in the hotter weather, maybe on a Tropical Island somewhere! (day dreaming….)
We LOVE Honey Pop, if you aren’t aware of her yet, go check out her blog Honey Pop Kisses
