We are not held responsible for parcels once they have been posted. We keep receipts of all proof of postage. Any concern please contact your post office, email us at email@example.com or use our contact page.
All items in our ‘Vintage’ are used and second hand (unless otherwise specified). Items described as ‘vintage” are not new and can be many decades old. As with all vintage clothing you should expect natural signs of wear, tear & age. We always keep an eye out for imperfections, wear, or damage to items, and will do our best to list these in the items description and will set a price to reflect the items condition. We try to show the exact colour of items and describe this as closely as possibly, however actual colours may vary slightly depending on your computer & monitor settings.
To care for your new vintage item please take when wearing and washing, as fabrics can be delicate. Either have your item dry cleaned or and wash the item in cold water carefully and allow to air dry. Do not tumble Dry.
All items in our ‘Tallulah’ collection are brand new with tags. All items in this collection are uniquely designed and carefully handmade by us in our Brighton studio (unless otherwise stated). We can ensure that all items are ethically produced and to the highest standards. Due to the fact that we hand make all our items in house, each item can be a little bit different from the next.
To care for your Tallulah Collection item please take care when washing, and please follow the care instructions on the inside label.
